By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed only after our team contacts you and shares the driver details.
- Fares quoted on the website are estimates and may vary based on the actual route and waiting time.
- Please provide accurate pickup and drop addresses to avoid delays.
Fares and Payment
- One way trips are charged for one side only, subject to a minimum kilometre limit.
- Toll charges, permit fees and parking are additional unless stated otherwise.
- Driver allowance is applicable as per the vehicle category selected.
- Payment is collected directly by the driver at the end of the trip unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellation
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to one hour before the scheduled pickup time. Late cancellations may attract a nominal charge to cover driver costs.
Luggage and Passengers
Passenger and luggage capacity is limited to the seating shown for each vehicle. Please choose a larger vehicle if you are carrying extra baggage.
Liability
We take every care to provide a safe journey. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events beyond our control.
